Refund Policy

Skull Cap Trends sells credits in one-time packs. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

In short, a failed video never costs you credits, an unused pack can be refunded within 14 days, and a video that came out clearly broken gets its credits back.

When a video fails

Credits are set aside when you start a video. If it fails or stops for a technical reason, they go back to your balance automatically, and you don't need to contact us.

Unused packs

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Once you have used credits from a pack, that pack can't be refunded, except where the law requires it or in the case below.

A video that came out broken

Every AI result is a little different, and a finished video you simply don't like isn't refundable, because we have already paid the AI service to make it. If a video is clearly broken, for example it is blank, frozen or the person or pet is missing, email us the video link within 14 days and we will return its credits.

How to ask

Email support@skullcaptrends.com from the address on your account. Include the order number from Settings → Payments or your Stripe receipt, the date and amount, and a line about what went wrong.

We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Once a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your account.

Disputes

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster, and a dispute freezes the payment for weeks. Accounts that use false chargebacks may be closed.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you have in your country that can't be waived.
