Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Skull Cap Trends (skullcaptrends.com) to turn a photo into a skull cap trend video. By signing in or making a video, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back.

What the service does

You upload one photo, and an AI video model makes a short clip in the style of the TikTok skull cap trend: a goofy before shot, a hard cut, then a dark after shot in a black skull cap. The model works from your photo and our written instructions, so every result is a little different and some may have visual mistakes.

Skull Cap Trends is an independent tool. It is not connected to TikTok, to anyone who started or popularised the trend, or to the owners of any song used with it. Our videos contain no music, so if you add a song when you post, check that you are allowed to use it.

Your account

You sign in with Google, and you must be at least 18. Keep your Google account secure, because you are responsible for what happens in your Skull Cap Trends account. One person may have one account. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away.

Credits and payments

Making a video uses credits, and the cost is shown on the button before you start. You buy credits in one-time packs. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Paid credits last 12 months from purchase. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay; a price change never affects packs you have already bought. Stripe processes the payments.

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account. If a video fails for a technical reason, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Refunds for packs are covered in the Refund Policy.

Photos you may upload

Upload only photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, of other adults who have agreed to be in your video, of your own pets, or of artwork you made or are licensed to use.

Don't upload photos of children or anyone under 18, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone who hasn't agreed. Don't upload nude or sexual images, images meant to harass, mock, deceive or impersonate someone, or images that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the videos you make.

Your videos

You own the videos you make and may share them anywhere, including on social media, as long as these terms and the AI provider's rules allow it. You let us store and process your photos and videos only so that we can make and deliver them to you. We don't show them publicly and we don't use them to train AI models.

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask creators to label AI-generated content. Follow the rules of the platforms where you post.

What you may not do

Don't present a video as real footage of a real person in a way that could mislead people. Don't try to get around credit limits, rate limits or security. Don't scrape, resell or automate access to the service without our written permission, and don't use it to break the law.

We and our AI provider may block photos or videos that seem to break these rules. We may remove content, take back credits gained through abuse, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. To report misuse, email us with a short description and a link if you have one.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Skull Cap Trends running, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, or that every video will look the way you hoped. Download any video you want to keep. We may change or remove features; if we stop the service while you still have paid credits, we will refund the unused part.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Skull Cap Trends is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer in your country.

Ending

You can stop using Skull Cap Trends at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused paid credits on an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and post a notice on the site before the change takes effect. Using Skull Cap Trends after that means you accept the new terms.
